AETHEROOT MYTHOS

An experiment in Celtic-style linework, symbolic icon arrangement, and graphic storytelling, this art piece tells the story of a fictional world through the medium of mysterious paintings on a triptych of druidic standing stones. The leftmost panel describes the past, in which the rich leylines of the Aetheroot Vale were shared by both the four agricultural clans alongside the nature spirits that were sustained by the earthen magic. The middle stone depicts the present, in which industrial advancements revealed at a gathering of the clans threatens to consume the nature spirits. The right forays into a tentative future, in which a passionate druid finds themselves scorched and enraged, the bond between a filigree artificer and a feathered knight strengthens, and a mysterious pumpkin-headed scarecrow threatens everything the clans have built.
